In order as they appear in the two-part book.

The Earthly Realm: a dense plane temporarily housing human souls with short life spans that features strict limitations requiring us to toil diligently and cultivate our conscience to fulfill our purpose. The earthly realm is surrounded by the unseen both ‘below’ and ‘above’.

The Great Struggle of the Heart’s Journey (aka' The Great Struggle'): an intensive spiritual pathway designed to give you a greater chance to be in the best position, not only for fulfillment in the temporal earthly realm, but more importantly for your afterlife. The core of the journey itself is expected to last up to one year, requiring bravery and fortitude.

Silent Fast: involves abstaining from holding conversations and guarding your thoughts by limiting communication and texting as much as possible, as well as abstaining from any digital noise so that you can connect, and stay connected, to divine presence inside your heart space.

The Supercave: the online digital, gaming, streaming, and social media virtual landscape; the new ‘soma’.

Divine Life: Spiritually purified life under God.

Divinity: Spiritual connection to God; purified state; untouched by darkness.

Programmable Mind: the aspect of self that identifies with subconscious-based information to function inside a controlled reality.

Heart Space: the expansive area housing the soul of your being from the entire chest area down to the abdomen.

Heart: is spiritually centered in the chest, in which the very bottom of it lies the true seat of the soul.

The Soul: the eternal essence or divine spark that sits inside the ribcage.

The Divine: the eternal higher order of servants from the unseen realms that possess great wisdom and knowledge to oversee Divine Providence (aka the Divine Plan).

The World: encompasses the vast heart-based intelligence of the highest divine realms and includes the natural earth world; can be used as a metaphor for the outer world and inner world combined.

The Matrix: encompasses the hive-mind system of lower desires, power and control posing as ‘good’ and is designed to enslave the heart.

On Foot: metaphorical term used to denote physically living in the remoteness of nature to experience the journey authentically.

Spiritual: the inner world’s connection to the World.

Spirituality: the inner world’s process of understanding itself and its connection to the World.

Spiritual Awakening: the clearing out of subconscious-based hypnosis to become aware of both the inner world and your place in the World.

The Sublime Word: an energetic expression from the divine that instantly manifests straight into the conscience and the cellular level of absorption in the body, and is usually associated with sudden pressure and squeezing in the head and neck area, coupled by a vision.

The Sovereign Servant: those looking to fulfill their calling or duty received through the Sublime Word.

The Adventurer: those eager to venture out and experience the Heart Path on foot to find and fulfill their destiny.

The Wandering One: those here for the ride, looking to learn higher truths and integrate The Innerwork Cycle into their everyday lives.

The Innerwork Cycle: a self-empowering and self-supporting system designed for spiritual practitioners to gain continuous self-learning, liberation, and awareness by utilizing Positive Affirmations, Grounding, The Question & Answer Method, and Reflection as necessary tools for self-knowing.

Programmed Imagination: seeing the world through a lens of misleading visual information and that was programmed subconsciously, so that one is perceiving a distorted reality of the nature of the World and its history.

Three Golden Rules of the Heart Path: “Whatever the World gives or takes from you, drop your guard (toward yourself), work with what you have, and move forward.”

Higher Self: the observer aspect of the soul that is connected to the Will of the Divine and higher wisdom manifesting as the conscience; also known as the caretaker of the ego-emotion construct.

Inner Child: the aspect of the soul that contains both ego and emotions required to experience the World; by answering to the higher self, the Inner Child can be raised up to enlightenment.

Question and Answer Method: a heartfelt open dialogue with the Inner Child done by probing deep into the heart to receive the final answer from the Higher Self which contains an essential piece of wisdom that rectifies an emotional imbalance. It is followed up with a positive affirmation that must be added to your personal list to seal it.

Sovereignty: free from subconscious and unconscious influence, including the idle talk and whisperings of society that are done in darkness.

Alignment: when one aligns with speaking the truth, being kind to others, practicing patience and constancy, and placing their trust in God so that they can advance in both their place in the World and in their livelihood.

Ascension: purification of the soul.

Plateau: a reoccurring part of the spiritual journey that requires a few days to adjust, usually after a major change and followed up by a significant gain in wisdom.

The Cave: a society that is unaware that it functions inside a sophisticated belief system of mind control and deception coming from the Unconscious Lair; often used as a metaphor for the subconscious-based programmable mind.

The Cave-Resident: the mind-controlled individual operating and living inside the Cave using no free will, but the hive-minded will that is programmed into them.

Exiting the Cave: the spiritual process of leaving the controlling mechanisms, demands, and distractions of society to venture out full time in the heart space, ideally out in the remoteness of nature.

Dark Night of the Soul: a life review surrounding how one’s inner world affected the outer world.

Golden Day of the Soul: a life review surrounding how the outer world affected one’s inner word.

Redemption: re-unification with the higher self, also known as the conscience, that opens the way to one's direct connection to the One Creator.

Protocols of the Sovereign Servant: includes both the Three Golden Rules of the Heart Path as well as the Highest Truth Principle.

The Highest Truth Principle: “It is your responsibility to act in the highest love by seeking out what your highest truth is first.”

The Programmed Identity: the Cave-Resident walking around in the physical world. the legal entity representing the Cave-Resident in digital form.

Digital Twin: the legal entity representing the Cave-Resident in digital form.

Avatar: the branded Supercave social media entity with a caricatured persona.

The Universe: an invention that the Programmable Mind refers to as the World and is a representation of the mind.

Illumined (or Illuminated): shining the light of compassion from within to know thyself.

Enlightenment: emanating the light of empathy from without while illuminating compassion from within to know the World and the divine self after identifying and conquering the dark forces.

The Dark Realms: the mental plane accessed by the unconscious lair, including the subconscious and lowermost realms of the World.

The Subconscious Realm: has one foot in the earthly realm and the other in the unconscious lair.

The Unconscious Lair: the undead space beneath the World and the home of Evil.

Nirvana: a virtually permanent state of peace, tranquility, and stillness combined with the descension of Divine Mercy after surrendering the Enlightened Inner Child to the Will of God.

Reversion of the Soul: coming back into one’s original soul’s state to walk the true path.
